Health Education helps empower individuals and communities to live healthier lives by increasing their knowledge and influencing their attitudes about caring for their well-being.

 

The Health Education Department provides education to our patients on nutrition, diabetes, weight management, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and other diseases. Our staff works closely with all New Horizon Health Center medical providers regarding health education, especially diabetes self-management.
