Patient Portal
The Patient Portal gives you electronic access to your health information, FREE. The secure, internet-based portal allows you to get your most recent office visit summary, which includes your list of medications, medical problems addressed the day of your visit, your plan of care, and due dates for future tests and exams. You can communicate with BCHC providers and their staff, request and view appointment, and reminders, request prescription refills, and review your financial statement/bill.

Brownsville Community Health Center (BCHC) is an FTCA deemed Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
